Each 4-week Mastery Session takes a deep dive into The Course and helps you to understand the practice of mindfulness, and how it can help you in your everyday life. Each session includes guided visualizations, meditations, breathwork, mindfulness teachings and discussions.

Each zoom class is one hour long, sometimes a bit longer if we are having a great discussion!
Our four-week course is $110 plus $15.00 for the course book, a total of $125. This includes free lifetime membership in our online course community.
We meet once per week, and there various mastery sessions in all time zones. You will be provided with suggested daily activities to practice on your own. Daily mindfulness practice helps to improve all areas of your life.
